One Kid One Roll Once a Month May 2015

I am so excited to join this talented group of film mama photographers in this blog circle. On the 20th of each month, we will post: one kid, one film, once a month. It will be a great way to ensure I make photographs of my own children that capture my memories and story. This will be personal work, that has meaning to me, feeds my soul and makes my heart happy. After all, they are the reason why I shoot.

This girl is smart and beautiful-inside and out. When she was a little girl, her favorite gift to give me, was anything with a red heart on it, so it seems only fitting that I should capture her in one of her favorite red dresses. She always was a real mama's girl, which was very sweet. I can always count on you Ali-for that, and a million other reasons, I love you very much. You have grown into a strong, kind and compassionate young woman. I am so proud of you! xoxo

These are from our recent spring break trip in California. I started shooting film in December and have absolutely fallen in love with it.

I would love to work with you too, so please contact me today.
